Bronze Package from £300+VAT
- 2 speaker PA system with lectern microphone.
- 8’x4’ carpeted stage with valence
- 1x aluminum truss lectern.
- 1x 6’ front projection screen
- 1x 3000 lumen data projector.
- 1x laptop and wireless presenter remote control are also included.
We will supply one technician to set up and derig the equipment along with one technician to stay for the duration of the event (up to two hours although this can be extended).
SILVER PACKAGE from £750+VAT
- 4 speaker PA system with lectern microphone
- 8’ x 8’ carpeted stage with valence along with an aluminum truss lectern.
- The set/backdrop can be lit in corporate colors and houses an 8’x6’ rear projection screen.
- A 3000 lumen data projector is included in the package along with a laptop and wireless presenter remote control.
- The package includes 2 technicians to set up and derig the equipment along with one technician to stay for the duration of the event (up to 5 hours although this can be extended).
GOLD PACKAGE from £1650+VAT
- 6 speaker PA system with dual lectern microphones,
- 6 table top microphones and three handheld or lapel microphones.
- 20’ x 8’ carpeted stage with valence
- 1 x aluminum truss lectern.
- The set/backdrop can be lit in corporate colours and houses a 10’ x 7.5’ rear projection screen also 6500 lumen data projector
- 2x laptops, a video switcher and wireless presenter remote control.
- 2x 42” plasma screens
The package includes technicians to set up and derig the equipment along with one technician to stay for the duration of the event (up to 5 hours although this can be extended).
The committee had a meeting yesterday and we all brought feedback from: external sponsors, employees and ourselves .On the whole, the feedback was fantastic, so as a committee we were pretty pleased with what we achieved. For most of us it was the first time we had been involved in the Awards organisation.
